Denny's

On May 25, 2010, Special Olympics and Denny’s announced a year-long national sponsorship to raise awareness and support for people with intellectual disabilities.  Consumers can now help support Special Olympics at more than 1200 participating Denny’s restaurants across the United States. When a customer orders an All-American Slam® from now through August 2011, 10-cents will be donated to Special Olympics.  Proceeds will benefit Special Olympics in communities across the U.S. and will allow us to provide greater services and programs for the 3.5 million athletes who are part of the Special Olympics movement around the world.

Denny’s recently concluded a Gold Medal Program which provided guests the opportunity to benefit Special Olympics by purchasing a “Gold Medal” sticker for $1 or more.  100% of the funds raised from the Gold Medal Program will help Special Olympics in support of athletic training and competitions for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
