Darlene Shoaf didn't wait until now to realize that her decision more than two decades ago was a good one. Shoaf, of Yukon High School, has been taking teams to the Special Olympics Oklahoma Summer Games for 22 years. The seventh annual Special Olympics European Football Week was held 29 April-6 May 2007, with an estimated 40,000 Special Olympics players across the Europe/Eurasia region expected to participate.
