Unified Sports, A Lifetime Experience

Carlos Alberto Quintero Russo of Venezuel took part in the recent Copa America in Paraguay. That competition featured "Unified" teams of people with and without intellectual disabilites competing on the football field. Russa was appointed the best player of the tournament, and he offered these comments about his experience.

Metro Panama Unified Basketball Team began training right after the 2011 World Summer Games. They have been selected to represent Panama at the 2012 Central American and Caribbean Games, which will take place on the 13th – 21st of April in Panama City.
