2016 Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament

Special Olympics Texas Area 10 Dallas, Gus Macker Basketball, and the Town of Fairview, Texas have announced their second annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament for September 10-11, 2016. Gus Macker is fired-up to return to Collin County and hope to have you join us for another end-of-summer Gus Macker. The second Fairview Gus Macker will once again be played in The Village of Fairview, a mixed-use lifestyle center located at the northeast corner of the U.S. 75 and Stacy Road. The Village is a unique setting for the world’s best 3-on-3 hoops with world-class restaurants, upscale shopping, residential above retail and entertainment. The tournament benefits Special Olympics Texas and it promises a fun, family friendly atmosphere. In fact, there will be one court dedicated to Special Olympics Texas Unified Teams! Registered officials will be used on the courts to enhance the competition and Fairview residents, as well as Volunteers from Special Olympics Texas and other groups will serve as the all-important volunteers. Of course a Macker tournament needs basketball players too, so get your game face ready. Anyone can play because teams are bracketed based on age, height and level of experience. Register now and then go tell your friends so that you have lots of company when you earn your bragging rights!
