A Unified Day of Sport

Sponsored by Mattel Childrens Foundation, 110 athletes and partners with and without intellectual disabilities, aged between 12 and 21 years old, gathered at “Assass Sport Court” in Lebanon to compete in football, basketball and bocce.
Unified Sports Celebration
The participating athletes/partners represented 16 schools and institutions taking care of individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Following the parade, athletes teamed up and competitions started at 3 different sports courts. 25 officials and coaches officiate almost 20 games.
