Special Olympics means so much to her and to us as family members. She has gained so much confidence and made so many friends.
We started November with Unified Badminton Sport tournament where 12 athletes with and without disabilities showed their skills in the discipline.
Among many athletes who are competing at the Special Olympics, we found Gitte Van De Poel and Dries Vangeel.
Special Olympics welcomes applications for volunteer sport officials for the 2015 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Los Angeles California, 24 July – 2 August 2015. The application deadline is July 1.
