The "2013 Robert Cottone Cup” for the Benefit of Special Olympics Guatemala

The "Copa Robert Cottone 2013" golf tournament for the benefit Special Olympics Guatemala took place on Saturday July 27. The tournament was organized by the company TR Golf. It was attended by 54 golfers, who were divided into 6 teams that with their registration raised funds for Special Olympics athletes. The tournament was held at the Mayan Golf Club, with the participation of several brands sponsoring Special Olympics athletes, parents, families and the general public. The winning team was the Doubt of Death, which totaled 611 hits, and the second was TR Golf team with 15 hits. After the event the players partnered with some Special Olympics athletes at a luncheon where there were raffles, contests and the winning team took delivery of the cup. This tournament is expected to continue as golf workouts for athletes of the national program.
