Motivating Trainers with a Swimming Seminar

By Cesar Barrientos

On August 2 and 3,  in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, a seminar was held to contribute to the education of our coaches in the sport of swimming. The seminar was held to certify coaches following the curricula of Special Olympics in Latin America,  providing swimming coaches essential tools for them to give our special athletes quality training.

This seminar was the first of three to be held.

The seminar was given by the Advocate Pablo Barahona, an expert in Sport Swimming and Olympic coach and Cesar Barrientos, Director of Special Olympics Sports Honduras. The seminar was held for 15 trainers.
