Good News for Venezuela in Pan American Tennis Tournament Continues

Bolivia, August 16, 2013. – During the Special Olympics Tennis Tournament in Bolivia, Venezuela got new Silver medal in Women's Doubles (athletes Marquez and Arce), a Bronze in Mixed Doubles (athletes Jimenez and Morales) and a Silver won by Maria Arce in Singles playing against 3 men, as there were no women in her high level of skill to compete with. Recall that two days ago, Isaac Gonzales and her partner Jonathan Romero unified, and won the first Silver medal for Unified Doubles giving us a total of 4 medals to date for the group Creole. It isi Important to note that, the Venezuelan delegation attended the IV Special Olympics Pan American Tennis Tournament with support from the Bank of Venezuela and the following sponsors: Skyros, PONY of Venezuela, YABADI Group, Sport Services and Ms. Otilia Jhons.
