Celebration of World Down Syndrome Day in El Salvador

Alt Image
The World Down Syndrome Day was held on Saturday March 21, and Special Olympics El Salvador created an atmosphere that very much pleased the athletes, ambassadors, families, volunteers and other organizations. It was at the Mas Ferrer Arena where children, youth and adults with Down Syndrome gathered with their families and friends. Inside and outside the field of sports, Special Olympics El Salvador permanently celebrates the talents of people with Down syndrome, but on March 21, we did a lot more with joy and enthusiasm. Luciana Sandoval started the day filled with great joy, where everyone enjoyed the music of Marianella Arrué, Rafael García, Japheth Jerez. Also present was Ballet Mauricio Bonilla, Fairy Chiflis, characters Totin Club, Happy and El Pollo who everyone enjoyed, both adults and children. The morning ended with the release of balloons from all attendees.
