Look at ball as it comes toward the head.
Keep eyes open as contact is made with the ball.
Rock onto back foot before ball arrives.
Have ball make contact with forehead.

Get power behind ball, using the upper body and neck.
Direct ball in correct, general direction.
Direct ball with accuracy.
Head ball while standing.
Head ball while jumping.
