2007 International Torch Run Conference The 2007 International Torch Run Conference was held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (USA), from 31 October - 3 November. At the annual conference, law enforcement officers and Special Olympics staff members from around the world celebrated another record-breaking fundraising year. It was announced at the conference that the Torch Run raised US$30 million in 2007, a true testimonial to the dedication and spirit of the law enforcement community for Special Olympics.
