2007 Torch Run Photo Contest The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) celebrated its seventh-year anniversary of hosting an Law Enforcement Torch Run photography contest. These winning photos were selected from hundreds of images submitted by Torch Run programs from all over the world.
