Register to Join the Convoy Registration forms for the 2008 Convoy, which will take place 20 September (unless otherwise noted in specific locations) will soon be available from your local Truck Convoy contacts; please submit the completed form directly to the state or province participating as noted on the list). Note that Truck Convoy registrations are accepted from companies (one or more trucks) or individuals (participation levels are detailed in the registration packets). Register to participate in the World's Largest Truck Convoy and support Special Olympics athletes — who'll be at the destination festivities, thanking you personally. All sponsorship/entry fees must be paid in advance. A copy of proof of insurance of participating trucks should be submitted with your World's Largest Truck Convoy registration form to the appropriate local contact for the event. All trucks entering the World's Largest Truck Convoy — semi-trucks, truck/trailer combinations, large trucks, low-boys, dump trucks, flat beds, buses, large tow trucks, large box trucks, etc. — must be of 10-GVW or larger.
