2013 National Summer Games In Dunedin, New Zealand

By Sonali Bhattacharjee

On 26 November 2013, I went to Dunedin for National Summer Games. I really enjoyed competing in athletics plus I won two silver medals, one bronze medal and one ribbon. I am looking forward to next Trans-Tasman Tournament and National Summer Games. My favourite part of this trip in Dunedin was that I got to go to Cadbury Chocolate factory with rest of Special Olympics team

About Sonali Bhattacharjee: I am from Wellington and I came to Special Olympics in late April 2011 after I was spotted by a talent scout when I competed in National Athletic Championships. I believe that Special Olympics is great way to make friendships with other disabled athletes and travel to other countries.
