Concert and six tennis stars in the 1st European Tennis Day in Hungary

By Kata Sebestyén - SOEE tennis advisor, SO Hungary tennis coordinator

Six internationaly known Hungarian tennis stars took part in the First SOEE European Tennis Day in Budapest, of which we shot a wonderful film. This event was a qualifying tournament for the Los Angeles World Games and there were tennis clinics with the stars as well as a concert by a Hungarian popstar, Anita. More than 50 athletes entered for the levels. One man, one woman of the participants will travel to LA. Agnes Szavay the ambessadress of the SO Hungary and the other stars helped to warm up the athletes and played with the beginners. After the closing ceremony Anita sang for the athletes who joined in and danced with the singer. I would like to thank Agnes Szavay, László Markovits, Zsófia Gubacsi, Anikó Kapros, Gergely Kisgyörgy and Gábor Köves for their time and kindness.
