Football agreement signed in Bosnia and Herzegovina to support Special Olympics

Special Olympics Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FFBiH) signed a cooperative agreement on 22 March 2014. The agreement, announced during a press conference in Sarajevo, was signed by FFBiH General Secretary Jasmin Bakovic and Special Olympics BiH President Enver Cosickic. Bakovic said: “I thank our friends at Special Olympics for everything they’ve done and continue to do in their noble cause. This agreement confirms the federation’s will to support socially responsible projects.“ Special Olympics BiH National Director Kada Delic-Selimovic emphasized the importance of the cooperation saying that sports, particularly football and basketball, are the easiest way to include people with special needs into society.
