How Special Olympics Pakistan has changed my life style

By Jasmine

Hi my name is Jasmine. I have been in Special Olympics for eight years. Before I joined I was very weak and shy. And due to the hard work of my beloved Special Olympics Pakistan delegations and staff, I have become more confident. In 2007 I went to China for the summer games and I won 2 golds for my country in swimming. Due to hard work I joined the Athlete Leadership Program in 2007 & in 2011 I went to Singapore for the ALPS conferences. And now I work in Special Olympics in the ALPS department, and I have been made the athlete board member. I also train new athletes in speechless and I love it. Without Special Olympics I wonder what my life would be like. We all athletes should realize of how hard our delegations work day and night for all of us ..........
