Jamaican Prime Minister Honors Special Olympics Athletes

By Karl Hejlik

The Most Honorable Portia Simpson Miller hosted a luncheon 14 March for athletes who represented Jamaica at the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Korea earlier this year. “She believes in inclusion, and our athletes did us so proud on the ice,” said Lorna Bell, Executive Director for Special Olympics Jamaica. “She thought it important to honor all the major players who made this possible.”
