Mexican Athletes from Baja California

Tijuana, Baja California. August 23, 2013.  DIF Municipal of Tijuana invited Special Olympics Athletes from Baja California, Mexico to a soccer game featuring Xolo Tijuana vs Santos Laguna. The tournament was held at Caliente stadium in Tijuana. The game ended leaving both teams tied with the score 1-1. The Athletes enjoyed this encounter and a party delighting themselves with some tasty burgers and refreshments, sponsored by Carl's Jr. Thank you DIF Municipal of Tijuana for this invitation to our athletes who enjoyed the party at all times. For Special Olympics athletes these events are very important. Thanks to the support, athletes have more opportunities to integrate into society.
