'Special Olympics athletes are an inspiration to me' - Natalia Vodianova

Russian model, actress and philanthropist Natalia Vodianova officially launched the Young Athletes Program for Special Olympics France today in Paris at the IME de La Roseraie. Natalia, who lives in Paris is a committed and dedicated supporter of Special Olympics. The Young Athletes Program is a unique sport and play program for children with intellectual disabilities between the ages of 2 to 8. The children enjoy games and activities that help to develop motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The Young Athletes Program provides an early introduction to sports and to the world of Special Olympics. "I’m honoured to be part of the amazing Special Olympics experience today. I can see the light in the children eyes and they are an inspiration to me. It is important that all children with intellectual disabilities experience the Young Athlete Program and I am proud to support this great organisation," stated Natalia at today's fantastic launch.
