The week of basketball will include 19,000 Special Olympics athletes with and without intellectual disabilities from 35 countries. The event runs from 26 November to 4 December.

In a serious show of support, Euroleague Basketball is dedicating 16 ONE WEEK matches to Special Olympics running on November 30th, December 1st and December 2nd. 2016 European Basketball Week will focus around mini-basketball, half-court 3x3 competition, as well as Unified basketball.

FIBA Europe and Euroleague Basketball’s ONE TEAM program, along with 25 national basketball federations and 60 professional clubs across Europe, will support the week-long activation.
