In collaboration with Right To Play Rwanda, Special Olympics Rwanda conducted a 2-day training in Healthy community under WASH/Hygiene, Nutrition and Fitness sessions. A total number of 46 coaches were trained and certified at the end of the training. Coaches that were trained, some where teachers from special schools in Kamonyi, social health workers and family members. The training was officially opened by the Head of Social Affairs in Kamonyi District and closed by the Head of Health sector in the district who also led the awarding of certificates to the coaches.
