
Ms. Bollenbach is the CEO of Special Olympics Canada, one of the largest and strongest Special Olympics Programs in the world. She serves as Chair of the Special Olympics North American Leadership Council and is currently a Member of the International Advisory Committee.
Bollenbach joined SOC in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Sport and Strategic Initiatives and since taking the leadership role in 2013 remains a dedicated advocate for delivering quality Sport programs and competitions for athletes and volunteers in communities across Canada.
Accountable for the strategic direction of Special Olympics in Canada Bollenbach most recently implemented a Pan Canadian Fundraising Strategy and multi-year Pan Canadian Strategic Plan in collaboration with and executed across all 12 provincial/territorial chapters.
Prior to joining SOC, Bollenbach held positions with the FIFA U-20 World Cup Toronto Organizing Committee, the Canadian Olympic Committee, the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, Skate Canada, and Special Olympics Manitoba.
A recipient of The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, Bollenbach holds a Bachelor of Recreation Studies from the University of Manitoba.
