A Letter from HRH Princess Lalla Amina

Dear Mr. SHRIVER,

We were greatly saddened to learn of the passing of Mrs. Eunice KENNEDY SHRIVER. For the bereaved Special Olympics family, this faith is the loss of a Great Lady, who had devoted her entire life to the advocacy of the dignity and the rights of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

The whole world will certainly remember the unbridled courage, faith and devotion of a Lady who had created Special Olympics, contributed to its development and made of it a worldwide movement and a source of joy, hope, love, acceptance and sharing; for millions of athletes, families, coaches and volunteers, throughout the globe.

During 15 years of the existence of Special Olympics Morocco, we have shared the vision of the late Mrs. SHRIVER, to create a better world for out athletes. Today, we share your bereavement and send you our deepest sympathy and sincere condolences in your very sad loss.
