How To Build a More Inclusive World: accessiBe and Special Olympics Team Up Ahead of World Games Berlin 2023

In collaboration with the Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023 Local Organizing Committee, Special Olympics has teamed up with accessiBe, the market leader in AI-powered web accessibility products and services that is used by industry leaders like NBC, Porsche, British Airways, BMW, Hulu, and Lexus. Together, Special Olympics and accessiBe have released a collaborative mini-series of the Inclusion Revolution Radio Podcast and accessiBe’s Spotlight Sessions where they will be highlighting the Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023 and driving conversation surrounding the importance of accessibility with many featured guests. Insightful discussion and commentary will take place with athletes, coaches, volunteers, ambassadors, and technical delegates who are involved in the Games, in addition to various members of the LOC.

accessiBe’s Spotlight Sessions is a unique series of conversations with disability change-makers.  Guests are united by the mission for a more inclusive and accessible world. accessiBe is proud to amplify their voices and stories to a wider audience.

The collaborative mini-series will be co-hosted by Josh Basile and Novie Craven and will feature notable guests such as Albert Tuemann, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023. Josh Basile is the community relations manager at accessiBe and a passionate disability rights advocate and trial attorney, focused on breaking down barriers to access and inclusion for people with disabilities. Novie Craven has been a Special Olympics Washington, DC athlete for over 10 years and is also the Communications Coordinator for Special Olympics global headquarters.
