Winter Sport Coaching Guides

Short Track Speed Skating athletes racing during Special Olympics World Winter Games Pyeongchang 2013

With the winter sport season close to beginning again and as coaches continue to prepare their athletes, we are delighted to offer them some assistance in the form of updated Winter Sport coaching guides.

To follow on from the updated Figure Skating guide last year, now all snow and ice based sports have a new look guide with online and PDF versions available.

This comes as a timely support to coaches who can use the guides to assist them with the final touches needed for their athletes before they touch down on the snow or ice.

All guides include demonstration videos, sport specific fitness sections, sports psychology information, and detailed technical content for coaches to use with their athletes.

Check out your sport’s resources page to find the updated guide now!
