On 16-20 April, the Special Olympics Leadership Academy kicked off a Leader II module for East Asia and Asia Pacific leaders in Shanghai. Twenty-six Program, athletes, and Regional leaders and mentors came to learn about enterprise-wide leadership, how to lead change, manage projects, and how to be more inclusive.
For five days, the participants worked with world-class trainers and leadership experts in business and education. Everyone received access to the online learning platform Percipio by Skillsoft, which will provide continuous leadership learning support throughout the year following this workshop.
