Stephanie Ching has been a tenacious Special Olympics athlete for over 25 years and has the medals to prove it!
When she isn’t training as a hopeful for the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games, Stephanie serves as a Global Ambassador. In February, she traveled from her home in California to attend Capitol Hill Day in Washington, D.C.
Stephanie and fellow athlete Lindsay Mibach met with members of Congress, including House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, to advocate on behalf of Special Olympics. In California, Stephanie’s family members are active members of the Special Olympics community. Her parents coach and volunteer, and her brother golfs as a Unified partner.
