From Workshop to Workforce

In 2019, following the Unified Leadership launch in Dublin, the ADIDAS Latin America regional office invited Special Olympics to speak with one of their DEI employee resource groups about intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Special Olympics European Basketball Week 2025 is on! #EBW2025

The 22nd edition of Special Olympics European Basketball Week sees 25,000+ players with and without intellectual disabilities taking part in 250 events in 35+ countries, with the support of TME, UPS, FIBA Europe and FIBA Foundation. Games, tournaments, workshops and other activities will be offered across the region for boys, girls and mixed teams, with a focus on Special Olympics Unified Sports® and reaching new Special Olympics Unified Schools through a cross-collaboration with FIBA Hoops 4 Schools.
