Debra lives in Punta Gorda, Florida, USA. Debra is heavily involved in the sport not only in International and National levels, but also involved in North Carolina state level games; as head official/games director and conducting trainings for officials and coaches. She is also a member of the North Carolina bocce sport development team since 2003 and the SOI rules committee in 2019. In 2018, she moved to Florida and now volunteers with their program.
She has been a bocce official for 4 World Games and the ATD in Abu Dhabi in 2019. She has also been the TD for 3 USA games including the upcoming 2022 games in Orlando, Florida.
