My name is Daniel and I love sports! I am a senior at Shawnee Mission Northwest High School in Shawnee, KS. I got involved with Special Olympics at 8 years old and have participated in many sports, including softball and basketball. When I started high school, I got involved with Unified sports at my school. I have played basketball, bocce, and soccer, and I am very excited we are now adding bowling. I am very passionate about playing sports and making friends through Special Olympics! I am also a member of the Youth Activation Committee in Kansas where I help others be active and included in my community!
