Hello my name is Myron Swimmer and I am a recent Kamiak High School graduate and will be attending The Community Based Transition Center to learn job skills and with the goal of getting paid employment in he future. I play Unified Basketball, Unified Track, and have participated in Unified Bowling. My favorite sport is basketball because I enjoy making new friends, coming together, and being competitive on the court! I am proud to be Native American. I love going to Powwows and singing while playing the drum. I love Special Olympics and all that it stands for. I serve on our states YAC and have been a team captain for my schools teams. I am so excited to be a Youth Ambassador because I will be able to use my voice to tell my story and help others join the Unified Movement. Inclusion is so important because everyone should feel like they belong!
