From Athlete Leaders to Health Leaders

Special Olympics works with adults and children with intellectual disabilities to extend their personal development beyond our regular sports programming. In this video, we go behind-the-scenes at an Athlete Health Leader workshop. After training, athletes can pass on their knowledge about health and fitness to their peer athletes.
