The European Canoe Association (ECA) and Special Olympics Europe Eurasia launched a new phase of collaboration with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on 6 July 2025. Building on the global partnership established by the International Canoe Federation in 2022, ECA is committed to expanding inclusive paddlesport opportunities for Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners. As the leading authority for canoe and kayak sports in Europe, ECA brings its expertise and resources to champion inclusion and excellence across the continent.
