Cones
Alternative items: water bottles, cans, stuffed animals, tissue boxes
Hoop Agility Ladder
Alternative items: draw with chalk, mark with tape, construction paper
Resistance Band
Alternative items: towel, t-shirt, rope, or do the exercises without equipment
Jump Rope
Alternative items: stick, long scarf, rope, pretend you have a rope while jumping
Ball
Alternative items: any type of ball, pair of socks, roll of toilet paper, small pillow, balled up paper or foil
Water Bottle
There’s no alternative. Always bring your water bottle.
