Inclusion at Work: Behind the Scenes at The Coca-Cola Company

Promotional graphic for Inclusion Revolution Radio Season 7, Episode 11 about National Disability Awareness Month with The Coca-Cola Company. The left side features the show’s logo and episode details, and the right side shows Novie Craven. The bottom includes the Coca-Cola logo as the presenting sponsor.

In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), Inclusion Revolution Radio host Novie Craven traveled to The Coca-Cola Company’s Atlanta Office Complex in October 2025 to learn more about their commitment to inclusion in the workforce. Hosted by This-Ability Inclusion Network, a thought leader and advocacy group within Coca-Cola, Novie led the conversation around support of employees with disabilities, employees who are caregivers for loved ones with disabilities and consumers of all abilities.

This live recording features Coca-Cola colleagues, sharing how inclusive practices have shaped their work and their lives. In this episode, Novie is joined by the following representatives of Coca Cola: Alisa Fiser, Senior Vice President, Global Talent & Development; Tim Dignard, Senior Director II, Global Sports Partnerships and Operations; Allie Andrews, Senior Director, RGM Capabilities & Insights; Curtis Hughes, Senior Manager, National Sales; and Elizabeth Grimaldo, Manager, Field Operations Support.

As a founding partner and global sponsor of Special Olympics, Coca-Cola has been at the forefront of the movement to celebrate the limitless potential of individuals with intellectual disabilities and the power of sport to bring people together and, ultimately, transform lives. This longstanding partnership is grounded in the shared values of optimism, acceptance and inclusion, which Special Olympics and Coca-Cola have brought to communities across the globe over the last five decades and counting.
