To be a great athlete, you need to be a healthy athlete. For National Fitness Month this May, we’re challenging athletes, coaches, families and supporters to take a plank challenge.

  2. Do your first plank
  3. Take a selfie once you’re done, or get someone to take a picture of you planking
  4. Share your plank challenge on your social media and make sure to tag Special Olympics in your posts by adding #InclusionRevolution #InclusiveHealth to your post
  5. Challenge your friends and coaches to participate
