Caracas – February 2020: On Saturday, February 15, athletes from Special Olympics Venezuela and students from the 10th grade of the Emil Friedman School took to the sports fields and courts of the school to engage in Unified Sports and other joint activities as part of the school’s “Project Unify.”
Through Unified games and cultural activities, students were made aware of the abilities and gifts of people with intellectual disabilities, and athletes enjoyed sharing their stories, passions and activities with a new generation.
