What a year! Did you know that between 2017 and 2018, almost 90,000 people were involved in Special Olympics health and fitness initiatives across Europe Eurasia?

The Organization of American States (OAS) and Special Olympics signed an agreement to promote sports, physical activity, health, inclusive education, sustainable and human development, and human rights of people with intellectual disabilities.

Suffering from headaches and often squinting to see better, it was clear Crawford needed to get his eyes checked.

Thanks to the program, supported by Essilor, 13-year-old Cristi Ardeleanu is experiencing huge improvements to his eyesight.
