My name is Chloe Johnson and I am a rising senior at Douglas County High School in Castle Rock, CO. Special Olympics has played a huge role in my life- I first got involved in 2nd grade when I joined my school's project unify program. Seeing my friends with and without intellectual disabilities transform in the most positive ways through sport forever changed me. I fell in love with the pure joy that surrounds the Special Olympics community and never looked back! The last 10 years of my life have been filled with Special Olympics memories and I would not want it any other way. I have been a unified partner for softball, basketball, kickball, soccer, and track. I have served on Colorado's Youth Activation Committee for the past 5 years, and I have absolutely loved getting to lead and spread my passion for inclusion!! I am absolutely thrilled to have this opportunity as a U.S Youth Ambassador, and I cannot wait to change the world with my best friend Talan!!
