Together, Manuel and Elisa will engage new Youth Leaders by hosting leadership workshops within Chilean schools and creating a network of “Leaders of Inclusion” to implement projects within their communities. In doing so, Manuel and Elisa will give the Youth Leaders the resources and support they need to be successful.

Over the course of six months, Manuel and Elisa will create a framework for their Youth Leader Network. Manuel and Elisa will produce methodology, video, delivery dates, and general guidelines for the other Youth Leaders participating in the project. The projects that Manuel and Elisa will accept into their program must have a clear objective, a defined group of Youth Leaders responsible for the project, and method for evaluation. Manuel and Elisa will follow up and evaluate each of the projects they helped to establish through video reviews. By spreading the message of Inclusion across Chile and giving Youth Leaders the tools to create their own projects, Manuel and Elisa are empowering Unified Generation to be leaders in the inclusion movement.
