Martin and Benjamin are leading a Youth Innovation Project aimed at expanding sports programing at Unified Schools focusing specifically on basketball. Through this project, Martin and Benjamin will host Unified Basketball clinics to introduce new Youth Leaders to Special Olympics and the benefits of Unified Sports as well as a 3 v 3 Basketball tournament and celebration after the clinics.

Martin and Benjamin were inspired by the Special Olympics Chile strategic plan to focus on Basketball as it is the second most popular team sport. Over the course of six months, Martin and Benjamin hope to engage 40 Youth Leaders through energetic and playful clinics as well as through common passions such as Unified Sports competition. Martin and Benjamin are empowering the Unified Generation to include everyone through activities that everyone enjoys.
