Roman and Vanessa are leading a Youth Innovation Project aimed at expanding the network of Youth Leaders in their area through an extension of their previous project. Through this project, Roman and Vanessa will revamp their project from 2019 and expand their Leadership Workshops eventually leading to five new Innovation Projects for a future cycle.

Over the course six months, Roman and Vanessa will engage 30 new Youth Leaders through five Leadership Training Workshops focused on passion, teamwork, and communication. By bringing together youth with and without intellectual disabilities and leading them through the process of creating new Youth Innovation Projects, Roman and Vanessa are expanding the network and passion for Special Olympics in Venezuela. Through their leadership and expansive vision, Roman and Vanessa are inspiring the Unified Generation to continue to spread awareness and get more young people excited about inclusion.
