Reyven and Kayla will lead a Youth Innovation Project to expand the reach of their Unified Champion School by creating monthly activities that bring people together around topics of inclusion and respect. A leaderships planning committee consisting of students with and without intellectual disabilities and determined by surveying the student body on their interests and needs, will plan the community-wide events.

Over the course of the next year, Reyven and Kayla will engage over 750 students with and without intellectual disabilities and expand the programming in five Unified Schools. At the end of the school year, Reyven and Kayla will organize a new leadership committee for the following year so that the monthly activities will continue in the future and the school will keep expanding its Unified programming. Reyven and Kayla are leading their classmates toward a Unified Generation where everyone feels safe, included, and valued.
