Sebastian is a Special Olympics Youth Leader from Peru who, through Special Olympics, has gained knowledge and gotten the chance to support other youth with intellectual disabilities.
This inspired him to give back to the organization through a Youth Innovation Project that utilizes his skills as a graphic design student to increase the visibility of Special Olympics Peru and show the world what they do. Sebastian plans to work with a graphic design expert who can help him create an eye-catching brand and drive the overall growth of the organization.
Over a timespan of six months, Sebastian will find and work with a graphic designer to create new graphics for Special Olympics Peru. This process will include market research that will help them develop a good marketing campaign, with an impressive goal of achieving 50,000 social media impressions. Given the power of social media, Sebastian believes this project has the potential to attract more youth to get involved with Special Olympics and foster a culture of inclusion in Peru.
