Through this project, Sofia and Rodrigo will organize multiple conferences with various schools in Mexico City about disabilities, inclusion, and what Special Olympics is about. Following the conferences, Sofia and Rodrigo will organize an inclusive activity focused on either sport, culture, or the arts with each of the schools to cultivate interest and passion for the movement. Sofia and Rodrigo hope that this project will help increase awareness, reduce stigma, and inform future generations about inclusion.

Sofia and Rodrigo were inspired by the widespread misinformation about disabilities in their community. Sofia and Rodrigo want to share that people with disabilities should be treated with the same respect as any other individual. Sofia and Rodrigo share that being a part of the Unified Generation means a lot to them and they want to inspire others to work together to make a more inclusive future.
