Through their project, Ting and Yixiang will lead awareness activities that will educate others on the importance of respectful language, eliminate discrimination from their community, and promote inclusion. Alongside their awareness campaign, they will host a series of Unified Sports activities to recruit new Special Olympics Youth Leaders to join the inclusion revolution.

Over the course of six months, Ting and Yixiang will engage over 50 Special Olympics Youth Leaders to support with their integrated school activities. These events will occur in-person and online, in hopes of reaching more students through the power of technology. After participating in workshops related to the awareness campaign, participants will be able to engage in Unified martial arts and tennis events. Through their social awareness and sports-related activities, Ting and Yixiang are confident they will create inspire inclusion across schools in China.
