She is leading a Youth Innovation Project aimed at increasing inclusion all over Slovakia. Linda is very involved in Special Olympics Slovakia and has taken the initiative to be an advocate at her school as well, but she wants to get other students involved too. Using talk shows and sports events, Linda hopes to entice new youth to join Special Olympics and inspire them to practice inclusion in their schools, taking what they’ve learned on the field to create a more inclusive educational environment as well.   

Over nine months, Linda will lead an inclusion talk show about sports for youth aged 15-18 and get student volunteers to attend regular sports events. She will also encourage youth to spend some free time with athletes every two weeks and educate them about becoming Special Olympics Youth Leaders. Linda hopes that providing the opportunity for interaction between students and athletes, they will create long-lasting friendships and help the project to continue even past the deadline due to the cooperation of new volunteers and Youth Leaders. By giving youth the tools to become leaders, Linda believes they will be inspired to become advocates for inclusion in their respective schools and spread the message across the country.
