Arianna and Johana plan to develop the acting skills of youth with and without intellectual disabilities, thereby also creating an accepting environment and providing equal access to activities. They are incredibly excited to see what achievements and outcomes will come from this partnership and how youth will enable each other to grow. Arianna and Johana expect their original performances will truly impact the audience and help them to put aside the belief that some people are more capable than others.

Over 9 months, Arianna and Johana will promote their project and select participants to take part in an acting seminar that creates an inclusive space for them to develop their artistic skills. They will recruit 10 new Youth Leaders through the project, thereby ensuring the organization will have future leaders who are inspired to replicate this experience for others and turn the project into a lasting program. With this, Arianna and Johana will empower Youth Leaders to be the voice of change in their community and use their new skills to inspire others. As members of the Unified Generation, Ariana and Johana believe working together in this way will promote true social change.
